BUILT LIKE A BADASS Teaser!

As we put the finishing touches on our "Built Like a Badass" ebook, I wanted to give you a sneak peak at what this program has done for one of our long-time clients. Many of you know Jeff Sica from the documentary, STRONG. The documentary revealed how Jeff overcame a life-threatening illness and now is on a mission to be the best he can be...in his career and in the weightroom! When the documentary was filmed, Jeff was 40 years old and in great shape...or at least we thought he was in great shape!

Over the past couple of months, we tweaked Jeff's training and made him one of our "experiments" when testing our "Built Like a Badass" Program. Here's a picture of Jeff training last week at a shredded bodyweight of 238 lbs.!!

  10. Joe, I would just like to say THANKS! Your commitment to us washed up meatheads and not forgetting about us is MUCH appreciated. Even though we don't play professional sports, we are STILL HUNGRY!!!!! I train just as hard now(if not harder) than I did when I was in school and still have the BURNING desire to compete at a high level and continue bettering myself! I would love to get up to Jersey one day(wife permitting.LOL!) Can't wait for the new ebook! Once again, thanks for not forgetting about us!

Joe - I'm definetly buying the BLAB program once you finish it, I have used barbell complexes, supersets, and other forms of 'metabolic' training to great success, i'm curious as towhat are the specific effects of this type of training pertaining to fat loss and improvements of body composition?
  12. There is more metabolic-type training in this program than he's ever performed. Obviously, diet is always a factor...a sample diet will be provided in the ebook as well.
  13. I don't mean to be negative, but did you guys tweak his program or did he just tweak his diet? Or was there more metabolic training type stuff added to his training?
