HARD:CORE has Arrived!

Last month we revealed our HARD:CORE DVD promo video. During my 15 years in this industry, I don't think I remember a more highly-anticipated product...and rightfully so!

The term "core" is probably the biggest buzz word in the fitness industry, yet 99% of the information provided on the topic is inaccurate. In fact, the "core" just may be the most misunderstood topic in the entire fitness industry!

But, things are about to change... In fact, they HAVE changed!!!

NOTE: Smitty and I are putting together a special contest on Facebook and it is super simple to enter. To be entered for a chance to win the contest, all you have to do is purchase the new Hard:CORE system and once it arrives, take a picture and post it on Facebook. Once you post the picture, just “tag the photo” with “DeFranco’s Gym” and “James Smith.”

We will announce the 3 winners on both our sites (and Facebook) on July 7th, 2012!

  1. So I got my copy in the mail and watched it Saturday morning. It delivered exactly what was promised. I also would like to call attention to the first DVD, "dysfunction." In my opinion it is more valuable than the Hard:Core portion! it's really a great tool and had me sitting up straighter almost immediately. I also loved that most of the movements and techniques you presented required no special equipment, basically 90 percent could be accomplished with a foam roller and a lacrosse ball. In all I'm very pleased with the purchase and encourage anyone interested in mobility, function, and core training to pick it up.
  2. I paid a 100 bucks and smiled the whole time. Just like when I spent 50 bucks on Built Like a Badass, which I have run through 5 times, to the letter, and made gains with 5 times. Next iteration I will integrate the two: MWF will be the Badass workouts with the simple six and agile 8 for warm ups and static stretching after I shower. Tues/Thur will be core and mobility work from the Hard:Core package. Saturday mornings I trail run and Sunday is off. Looking forward to the results, providing I can stay away from the BBQ and beers this summer.
  3. Thomas: Yes, 100 bucks, really. 3 DVD's, 80-page manual, 40 years experience b/t Smitty and I, and a full year of labor to turn HARD:CORE into a reality. 100 bucks is a STEAL....or you can always spend your 100 bucks on ONE, one-hour session with a personal trainer at the local health club who has a weekend certification :)
  4. 100 bucks? Really?
