  1. Joe, can you explain the "Hercules" hold? What are its benefits and are there any key points to focus on when doing them?
  2. This is a nice workout I had to substitute a few exercise's due to the equipement we had. I love the seated dumbell clean and press. That exercise is like alot of the one's I have my highschool team do which is, a few exercise's combined together which is all alot of exercises are.
  3. man i gotta say i do this workout 3x's a week and modified it wit a few other things but definitely kicks my ass everytime keep more comin bcuz when im at the gym most ppl think im crazy doin the things that r on here
  4. I used this on MMA fighters, Professional Baseball player, High School Football players, and a professional boxer. They didn't know what hit them. I had to sub one thing I used 100lb plate holds instead of the cable stack holds. this really is awesome. I would suggest anyone who doesn't have a prowler or Kettle Belles, get some. It will change the way you look at training. Defranco is who he is for a reason, use him.
  5. Joe, just wanted to give you props for Greg Isdaner gettting signed to the Eagles, I know you worked with him. We definitely need help on the interior line, and it's great to have a player who puts in serious work in the weight room.
  6. For max hall, try westside for skinny bastards 3 in the article section. You don't need any special equipment besides what will be in ordinary gyms. And make sure you eat a ton. If you want to gain weight, you have to eat a lot. There's no way around it.
  7. Thanks for posting this, its a cool dynamic upper program. Its a great mix of obscure lifts etc...
  8. ive seen all the people you've helped achieve their goal, and i was hoping you could help me achieve mine im a high school freashmen and i want to be starting running back at my school next year im very skinny and have bein trying to get big but i just cant. Ive seen your workouts but dont have the equipment to do anything that extream my biggest concern is my legs im not fast enough i do shuttle sprints and go out for runs but i need an edge on the competion please help me.
  9. What is the theory/exercise science behing the battling rope sequence? What quality does it develop?
  10. Awsome intense workout , looked like it had a great functional crossover too !
  11. Thanks again Joe keep the videos comin'!
  12. I assume that the first 2 exercises is what defines if it's a Dynamic Effort, Repetition Effort or Dynamic/Repetition Effort workout? Do you mix the two types of training often? How much changes if you do a pure Dynamic Effort day?
  13. Bunch of beasts! That is a hard working group of high school athletes right there. Great stuff and great workout, you've inspired me to get in some battling rope work tomorrow.. Oh yeah LSOS Business Files rocks big time!
