Joe, this sled push technique is absolutely brutal but effective! I swapped my usual treadmill sprints for heavy sled work today based on this post, and my quads are completely fried. The angle you suggested makes a massive difference for acceleration. Honestly, my legs were shaking so badly afterwards that I just collapsed on the couch to play THE Kid at THE BACK Game for the rest of the evening, lol. Should I keep the sled weight strictly under bodyweight?
The minimalist aesthetic of speed stars eliminates all visual clutter, letting players concentrate on the excitement of the race without any interruptions.
