300-yard shuttles…Sixteen 110-yard sprints…”Gassers”… For as long as I’ve been alive, the above three drills have been considered the ‘Gold Standard’ in football conditioning. I have no clue how these “tests” came about or why they just won’t go away. But, hopefully this blog post will start somewhat of a revolution regarding football conditioning…THE RIGHT…
